Benefits
Our
electrical apprenticeship training is the "other
four-year degree" that lets you "EARN while you LEARN"
and gives you the freedom to be employed by a Merit Shop
contractor.
In today's
economy, skilled electricians can earn equal to some
college graduates, plus not be burdened with paying back
student loans. We also offer a full line of
employee benefits, such as good wages, health, dental,
life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid on-going
safety and technical training, paid vacations, and paid
holidays.
Decisions
If huge
college tuition debts, sitting behind a desk, standing
at an assembly line, do not interest you, but you would
rather travel around to new places, take on new
challenges, and engage in a life-long career with
unlimited earning potential, then your future growth at
NAI can be a successful one.
What are
YOU planning to do after High School?
At NAI, you
can "get paid while you train", just by simply combining
the on-the-job training with our apprenticeship program
in the classroom, which is approved by the U.S.
Department of Labor/Bureau of Apprenticeship Training.
